About

The humans
in the loop.

In an industry racing to remove people from the equation, we built a practice that puts them back at the center. AI without human judgment is just expensive automation. We're synthesizers — experienced practitioners who think deeply about problems before we build anything.

HOW WE GOT HERE

We got tired of watching good companies get bad AI advice.

Years of agencies. Enterprise accounts. Digital products. Shipping under real deadlines for real clients.

Then the AI wave arrived. And with it, a familiar pattern. Consultants selling frameworks. Companies buying hope. Nothing reaching production.

The gap was always the same — between the people who plan and the people who build. Between the strategy deck and the system that works on Monday. Nobody was accountable for whether anything shipped. Nobody was measuring whether it worked. And the companies paying the bills were starting to believe AI was all hype — not because the technology failed, but because the people advising them had never built anything with it.

So we built the opposite. Strategy and implementation from the same minds. Every practitioner has shipped — not just studied. The deliverable is always a working system.

The name is the method. AMESYNTH. Synthesis. Human experience and AI capability, combined with intention.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

These aren't values on a wall.
They're how we decide what to do.

The human mind leads. Period.

We think before we automate. The judgment comes first. The tools follow. If you want someone to automate first and think later, we're not the right fit.

If we can't explain it simply, it's not ready.

Complexity that hides behind jargon will fail in production. Our clients understand exactly what we're building and why. No mystique. No hand-waving.

It has to work on Monday morning.

Demos are easy. Production is hard. Every system must survive real users, real workflows, real edge cases. We don't ship things that only work in the presentation.

Honesty over revenue.

Not every problem needs AI. Sometimes the answer is a better spreadsheet or one good hire. We'd rather lose the engagement than sell you something that wastes your money.

Speed with conviction.

The world is being rebuilt. We don't wait for certainty. We move with informed judgment and correct course when the evidence asks.

THE FOUNDER

Daniel.

A decade at the intersection of marketing, technology, and operations. Six active companies. Agencies run. Enterprise accounts managed. Products built and shipped.

Not a researcher. A practitioner.

Someone who saw — from the inside — that workflows were ready for intelligent automation. And chose to build the solutions rather than wait for the right one to arrive.

Agency background: deliverables, deadlines, outcomes. Product experience: prototype to production. Cross-industry work: enough pattern recognition to know the best solutions start with the problem, not the technology.

AMESYNTH is the convergence — agency execution, product thinking, and AI capability, unified into one practice, led by someone who's going to know your name.

THE DIFFERENCE

The industry is broken in a specific way.
We're built to fix it.

Consultancies produce strategies. Then hand them off. The context evaporates.

Freelancers build well. But optimize for technology, not outcomes. When the project ends, so does the relationship.

We sit between — and that's where the entire value lives.

Small enough to know your business deeply. Technical enough to build production systems. Strategic enough to ensure they solve problems worth solving.

The people who design the approach are the people who ship the deliverable. One team. One context. Start to finish.

That's synthesis.
